Position Overview
The Marketing Director / Project Manager will work collaboratively with Dr. Andrew Kaufman to create marketing strategies that support the growth and development of the brand and its offerings. They will plan, direct and coordinate all marketing efforts.
They will also take a leadership role in the planning and implementation of new product offerings. With refined interpersonal and communication skills, they will provide guidance and leadership to all members of the team involved in project execution.
This is a full-time, virtual position for an inspired individual, driven to take a hands-on role in the growth of the business. Applicants must have direct experience in both online marketing and marketing project management (including design and implementation of marketing strategies). They must also have knowledge of basic copywriting.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated multi-channel marketing strategies to support the growth and development of the brand and its offerings
- Create and execute project plans, timelines, and annual strategic plans
- Create and manage marketing content calendars
- Provide basic copywriting support for newsletters and promotional graphics
- Manage team workflows and run team meetings
- Liaise with freelancers as needed
