Medicamentum Authentica is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and supplements. If you have any concerns, or are dissatisfied with any physical product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to initiate the refund process. Digital products are final sale and nonrefundable. Please note that all refunds issued will not include shipping, customs tax or VAT fees paid by the customer.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may return unopened, eligible products for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Please refer to our shipping policy for returning unopened packages.
